    I was interested in adding an author’s page but that seemed a little daunting so I wondered if there were any plans to add it to future versions?

    If not could you tell me how to add the author bio box to the top of their archive page (when you click the author’s name)?

    That’s a pretty cool idea. I try to avoid changing the layout as to not annoy existing users, but this is a great case for a child theme.

    Awesome: thank you for doing this. I implemented the child theme, made the changes I had before on the parent but the author box isn’t showing like your test image. Here’s my author link:

    Okay thanks for the link. The first thing to try is clearing your cache. If you use a plugin like W3 Total Cache or if your host has caching options, clear it completely, refresh the page, and check again.

    I am using WP Super Cache but first cleared the cache and then turned off caching, but there was no change.

    Oh I’m sorry I just realized I made some changes to the template files in Tracks version 1.35, and the child theme I shared here won’t work on 1.34. That’s why I had it working locally, but not on your site.

    There are a couple solutions to move forward with. You could wait until 1.35 is available. It’s near the top of the review queue, so it should be around 1-3 days until it’s available. Or, I could share an advance copy here and you could upload through your admin or FTP. Please let me know which you prefer.

    I waited for Tracks 1.35 and the author bio box now appears at the top of the author page. Thanks again!
