Can I go to a previous version of this theme

I tried to add a photo *the wrong way* on Home Top Feature – I tried to drag and drop instead of uploading. This caused the photo to open in the tab I was using. I used the back button to return to WordPress and uploaded the photo the correct way, and saved. However, somewhere in this process all other headers and footers and logo were cleared. And saved that way.
Is there some way I can go to a previous version of this theme, before I made changes?
