Downloading All Log Data

hi there,
i have logs set to 14 days
Days to Keep Database Logs is set to 14, first day i have in the log is 24.04 and today is 08.04, shouldnt have it written the log in /logs by now?
is there a way to force it? i want to do some filtering in excel so i’d need a .csv or .xlsx file etc
