"Load on scroll" when a page doesn't have a scrollbar

The “load on scroll” feature works pretty well, but when I have a short article or post on my (not ready yet) blog, comments simply don’t load. It’s because the webpage doesn’t have the right scrollbar and I can’t simply scroll down the page. I can zoom it, and then the disqus window will appear (after scrolling).
