Moved the site and I just cant get it working again.

Here is what I did.
Website was located on https://www.website.com/newsite
I was making the site at that location because https://www.website.com was still active.

Made a new folder in the root directory called /oldsite
Changed the current site wordpress url to https://www.website.com/oldsite
Moved the site over, tested at https://www.website.com/oldsite and it works fine.

Next I go to the admin of https://www.website.com/newsite
change the site url to https://www.website.com/
Move all site files out of https://www.website.com/newsite to https://www.website.com/

Test it and I get this:

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/content/44/8208144/html/newsite/wp-blog-header.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php5/lib/php’) in /home/content/44/8208144/html/newsite/index.php on line 17

I have moved dozens of websites like this and have never had this problem and I just cannot figure it out.

Help!
