    Oh you already had done so in your first comment, duh (sorry). I’ve checked it out but can’t see any instance of the form. On which page should I be looking?

    My apologies, the form is at the bottom of each post and on a separate sign-up page.

    Hey redhairxuan,

    I checked the link you provided and subscribed using my personal email. The page refreshed as usual after pressing “Yes sign me up” and the form was hidden instead, I saw below message:

    “Thanks for signing up! You’ll be getting a confirmation email shortly. Any questions? Join the conversation below!”.

    Have you been able to fix it yourself? Let me know if you still require any assistance and I’ll reopen this ticket.
