archives and categories still not working – please help!

  • If I click on archives it takes me to a page with archives and categories on it. Clicking on any of these links comes up with this

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_archives() in /home/poetsqui/public_html/wp-content/themes/cutline-3-column-split-11/header.php on line 51

    What on earth do I do? My site is here
