I add I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the plugin, and nothing changes. Still nothing displayed and the error “No related videos found” in the html page.

Is it the same for others ? Or is it working for you ?

    Hi,
I’m really sorry I forgot about your posting.

Are you using the widget or the shortcode?
Could you either post (maybe a screenshot) of the widget settings or a sample shortcode that’s not working?
Feel free to mail me if you don’t want to post that here in public.

    Hi Chris, thanks.

    I’m using the shortcode.

This is the code I use :

    [relatedYouTubeVideos relation=”keywords” terms=”alterjt action” offset=”1″ class=”horizontal center bg-white” orderBy=”published” width=”300″ height=”200″ max=”9″]

Since it does not work I tried to change some things to do it as simple as this :

    [relatedYouTubeVideos relation=”keywords” orderBy=”published” width=”300″ height=”200″ max=”9″]

It does not work anyway… What can I do ?
Is it a problem in Youtube or only for me ?

    Hi,
I just found out in the last days (thanks to another feedback) that the ‘published’ option doesn’t work with the new YouTube API anymore. I will have to look into that and maybe do a little workaround so the adjustment is only taking place under the hood.

That said and leaving out the orderBy=”published” (for now), the rest of the first shortcode works (for me). Could you test that?

Updating the plugin to v1.8.5 should fix this.

    Thanks a lot Chris.
I have removed orderBy=”published” and now it works.
Of course the videos are not sorted by date anymore.
Can you tell us when this option will be fixed ?

Try the new version. The workaround is implemented there.
