Shortcode to show events not in a specific country

Are these specific countries or are they potentially any country in the world?

The events could be anywhere, I just want to exclude one country (New Zealand) …

at the moment you can use shortcode like [events_list country=”US,AU”] however you need to create custom search attribute to exclude one country
