Will connecting a different WP profile lose our data (subscribers, stats, etc.)?

    I’ve been managing a group blog for a research center. Foolishly, when I built the site, I used my WP profile to connect to Jetpack. Now that I’m moving on, I’m concerned that connecting a different profile may result in us losing all the Jetpack-related data we’ve accumulated over the past seven months.

    No worries!

    The data is linked to the site URL, so as long as the site URL doesn’t change you won’t lose any data when disconnecting and then reconnecting to a different WordPress.com account.
