WordPress RSS to HTML

Hi, I have a normal WordPress blog running at https://sbuguide.com/blog .
I want to publish the blog entries onto HTML form so they can be shown here at https://sbuguide.com on the side somewhere. When someone clicks on the title, it will take them to the blog post.
Like they have it here:
https://barackobama.comI know there are probably PHP scripts that can do that. Can someone point me to one?
