how to setup a custom payment gateway

    At the moment there’s no specific documentation for creating a custom payment gateway. That said, if you have the Pro version you could use the PayPal gateway as a template to get started.

    If you don’t have Pro, it might be worth looking at this Stripe gateway:

    That’s not a plugin we developed, so we can’t vouch for how helpful it’ll be but it might help.

    I’m also using the free version of the plugin. We only have a few events a year that are paid. Since we’re already paying for the SSL certificate and using the Stripe plug elsewhere, I plan to use that. I’m going to create a separate (unlisted) page where users can pay for their booking reservation. It’ll be linked in the email I send them telling them their booking is pending payment.

    Perhaps a similar arrangement may work for you.
