    I had the cart installed on my practise site on my iMac localhost. I then deleted the site to move it to my proper hosting for real world use.

    Before deleting the site on my localhost I failed to deactivate the Drag & Drop cart plug-in. I cannot now get it to accept my licence number as it thinks it is active on another site … It is not.

    Can this be reset please?

    Hi Geggsy,

    Please note that your license has been reset now. Try to activate the plugin again.

    Thank you so much for your help. I have just been able to activate it. Now I know the procedure I’ll ensure it won’t happen again ??
