Picture linked to wrong link

Hi,

on the home page of my webiste https://www.jeegee.eu I linked the small blue image below to https://www.agritechnica.com but when I click on the image the link is https://www.jeegee.eu/www.agritechnica.com (wrong url which does not exist). Why ?

Any idea?
