Robots.txt File

  • Good Afternoon,

    I had the WP Robots TXT plugin installed and the robots.txt file was being overwritten. I removed the plugin and manually added the robots.txt file but for whatever reason, it’s being overwritten. My hosting company has assured me that the proper permissions have been applied.

    I believe this happened with the last few updates but I can’t provide an exact date.

    Is it possible that one of the updates has created issues with my robots.txt file?

    Btw, I have clear cache as well as browser cache.

    I appreciate any assistance you might be able to provide.
