Overview Sort / mark as urgent

Hi Developer,

i installed your plugin yesterday and it is working perfect!
But one urgent function is missing for me.

Id like to mark different customers as “urgent” or “dont forget to contact” or “open”.

In my case i follow those steps:
1. i create a customer
2. i save different cateogries for this customer
3. i save if i have “open jobs” or “open offers” or the customer is really “urgent”.

now id like to see which customer is urgent for me… NOT with sorting or filtering, because this needs a manual intervention.

Id would be great if “urgent,important” customer is colored red or something like that in the overview.

Is there a function like that?
