Error Message – Conflict Occured, reselect a child widget

Hello!
This plugin is just what I was after …. except it’s not working. I have followed all the steps however this message is in place of the widgets.
A dependency conflict occurred. Please reselect a child widget in the Widgets page of the administration area.
I’d be grateful for advice ??
