Will Woo Support a Million Products?

I want Woo to import from regular (weekly) updates from a book title database. The book title categories I’ll be asking for will entail the regular importation of over a million titles, with images. Fields will be SKU, price, description but no attributes as there will be no variations so a simple import mechanism is all I need.

Will this plug-in support this volume, if not can you suggest a premium upgrade?

I have to pay a yearly licence fee to get the data so need to know what Woo is capable of before I pay.
