Links on sidebar on a single page_id?

Hey all.

I am having a problem in making sponcered links show up on one page only, as this is how the contract has been set out.

The party wishes to advertise on page_id 183, and the homepage, in the sidebar of the site.

The homepage ads were easy as it was just an if (is_home()), but we cannot get it working on a single page…

Can anyone give us a hand?
