Suggestion: Widget that will replace "Job Summary"

I have a widget area on my job site https://www.jobhuntja.com. That is responsible for showing featured jobs using the “Job Summary” short code. However when the featured job listing expires i have to manually change the shortcode information to reflect a new job offering in widget form. Is it possible to for this feature to be automated and show random job summaries in widget form without me having to constantly be modifying the shortcode in the widget?
