How to create login page

    Hi ,
    First of all thanks for your plugin. I’m using your plugin in my wordpress theme so i need to know some clarification.
    1) I dont know how to create login page by using this plugin.
    2) Want to know list of available shortcodes for this plugin.
    3) In Capabilities , have listed some capabilities but when i create new capabilitiy i dont know how to use that so please send clear explanation.

    Thanks for reply.
    Sorry to bother again. I have checked your documentation but i cant find it out.

    1) I dont know how to create login page by using this plugin.
    – If i click login page, login form have to display (i.e username , password and submit button) this is what i need. Is this possible with your plugin??? If possible, please explain in details with some screenshots.
