• I have a website using your plugin, as I noticed the comments need to be approved first, but the problem is that after I approve some comments they aren’t showed in my blog, however they are posted in the people timeline which means they commented properly, but in my website just a few of them are showed, is there anything I can do, why does it happen?

    Hi Castiblanco,
    Greetings!

You need to check your moderator settings for show Fb comments on your site.

First, add your Facebook user id inside Moderator text-field on plugin setting page in back-end.

Now, go to the fornt-end where Fb comments box is displaying. Here you will found setting button at the top-right side.
Please check all options of moderator settings and “Blacklisted words” and update settings.

Let us know if you need more help.

    Thanks & Regards,
    Team Vivacity

I believe I am having the same issue and the solution you provide doesn’t work. Actually, I see no ? setting button at the top-right side ?. My comments show correctly on FB timeline but the replies to these comments don’t show on the blog itself. Thank you.
