Uninstall does not remove DB table

Uninstalling the plugin does not remove the plugin’s database table (wp_wce_editor_content) or records.

Plugin does not clean up after itself even when *All data* chosen as uninstall option.

I can see in the code (css-js-php.php) a hook is added for uninstallation, but like the other database functions that are failing in WordPress 4.2.2 it is too.
