Options Theme not showing with Options Framework installed

    I downloaded the portfolio press 2.7.1 (can’t seem to find any later versions through wordpress themes). I also installed the Options Framework plug in (which wordpress says is unsupported) but I still do not have the Theme Options under Appearance. What am I doing wrong?

    The Options Framework plugin is no longer needed. All the options are in the customizer under “Appearance > Customizer”.
