[Theme: Basix] Responsiveness problem on blog post grid shortcode

  • Hi everybody, I purchased a very nice theme but I’m experiencing some responsiveness issues.

    THEME AUTHOR DOESN’T RESPOND
    I already tried contacting the author of the theme but he doesn’t answer, I’ve seen other support requests on his comment area inside Themeforest but he doesn’t seem to respond anyone.

    THE PROBLEM
    I’m experiencing some responsiveness issues on some elements of the theme. As you can see on this URL of the theme demo https://themes.artivity.co.uk/basix-preview/ when I use the shortcode of the blog posts grid and I resize the browser’s width, the pot grid doesn’t adjust to the narrower widths, just switching from one wider size to a narrower size without midpoints, causing the featured images and excerpts of the posts grid to overflow from the grid.

    Does anybody has an idea how could I add some extra CSS to fix this? If you need access to the files or something else, just make me know.

    I really appreciate it. I need to use such shortcode without those issues but the author just doesn’t seem to respond.
