Plugin that exports selected categories of posts to PDF?

  • Scenario: My HOA’s website needs to export all posts from 2 categories to a PDF file (HOA rules, and HOA meeting minutes).

    So I need a plugin that can export only the posts from those categories (bonus: posts with tags I select).

    I have installed at least a dozen current and not-so-current plugins that export posts, but none seems to let me do it by category. Can anyone point me at such a plugin?

    If not, some kind of plugin or service that turns export WordPress XML files into a PDF? Blogbooker sort of worked but was not ideal
