Not exporting the blm file

Hi,
We’re trying to set up the plugin to export to Rightmove and to On The Market.
I’ve set up the FTP details and trying the manual run in Action/Tools but it’s not working. I’ve checked FTP is correct.What am I missing? Any ideas?
