Mobile: Image Size=400 White Gap

Hi there,

I want to create a website with different parallax sections: after a text with a white background comes a picture without text. If I set the mobile image size to 400, there is a big white gap after the section on the mobile site. Is there anything I can do? Can I set the mobile hight?
