Option to change filters priority

Hi,

When using the plug-in with the sharing buttons from the Jetpack plugin, the “Continue : <next page title>” link at the bottom of the page is displayed after the sharing buttons, which is quite annoying.

I solved the issue by changing the priority of enhance_content for filtering the_content (line 155 in sgr-nextpage-titles) from 20 to 10.

It would be great to have an option in the plug-in settings to change this priority when needed.
