I volunteered to build a site for a local non-profit. I am way under water. I tried everything I could find on the web to hide email addresses but too often the info is on older versions. Nothing worked. Here is my present code:

    [contact-form]
    [contact-field label='Your Name' type='name' required='1'/]
    [contact-field label='Your Email' type='email' required='1'/]
    [contact-field label='Send to' type='select' options='Linda|hxxxx,Shryl|sxxxxxs,Charlene|cxxxxxxe,Christina|cxxxxxxxm,Don|dxxxn' /]
    [contact-field label='Comments, Suggestions%26#x002c; etc.' type='textarea' required='1'/][/contact-form]

If someone can help I hate to ask but please be specific. Too often what I saw on the web was, “Add this line to your code.” Well, where?
    Thank you
ps, info to the right of the pipe is a real email addy in my code.

  • Your present code indicates you are not using the Contact Form 7 plugin.

My gosh how thoughtless of me. Yes, Contact Form 7.

Buzztone, you are correct, the code is NOT CF7. I was using CF7 with no luck and switched to another CF, I went back and forth a couple of times and when I decided to use the forum, I forgot I was not on CF7 and submitted the wrong code. I apologize if I offended anyone at any time.
    Regards,
    Don, aka Nella

If you decide to switch back to Contact Form 7, include a link to your Contact Form 7 form plus all your input in the Form and Mail sections of the CF7 interface. If others here are able to understand your actual problem, they may be able to offer a possible solution.
