I think it depends on the fact that you’re loading an old css which doesn’t include the relevant rules to make the grid working fine.
You’re using some caching plugin which is loading that old css instead of the current theme’s version one.

well it will help to make you site loading faster, but it has to be well configured otherwise … what would be the point in having a fast website whit a broken layout ? ??
