images on home page are zoomed in how to solve

hi.i use plugin like visual editor but image is too much zoomed in.
i tried site origine image plugin but with padding image is zoomed again and when i check the website on a big screen like 40 inches image is cutted because of the padding.does anyone know a good plugin to add an image on page builder and have it in full resolution as the normal image and play as well in all the devices without ruin the quality of the image ?
