Make the "Fruitful Shortcodes" alert message dismissable.

Hello,

The admin pages of my site have this message at the top: “Attention! Fruitful theme version 2.0 got major updates. You may have a problems with display content in shortcodes, because we created this part as plugin. You need install Fruitful Shortcodes and use them.”

I don’t need the functionality of the Fruitful Shortcodes plugin and I don’t want to install it, as it only clutters up my site and makes the visual editor more confusing for my users. I also am reluctant to create a child theme or install/make a plugin just to deal with this little issue.

This message needs to be dismissable!
