Display "Show as PDF" link on admin page?

Hi all, I’m trying to use the plugin as a “convert-post_content-to-PDF” solution, and I’m trying to see if there’s a way to add a column to a custom post type which would link to the PDF version of that post, besides hardcoding the existing link.
