Intro text

The plugin is great but there is one little thing missing: So far the buttons are directly added at the end of the article/page text. Could you add the option for a customizable intro text line, if possible seperated from the content above by a pale horizontal line? So one could add something like “Feel free to share this article” in their own language and words? Just like it is done in Jetpack Sharing?
