Shop image sizes

    Hi there!

    I’m stuck for a long time now on how to set the product image sizes correctly for the shop page: https://bukcsi.com/shop/ Regardless of their actual size I want them to show all the same size. As you can see, they are sometimes bigger, other times smaller. The weirdest thing is that the smaller the image in reality the larger it shows sometimes. For example a 153x240px image shows larger here than a 354×480.

    I tried the following options (always used regenerate thumbnail plugin after)
    -woocommerce/settings/products/displace check-uncheck hard crop
    -appearance/theme options/shop settings/category image aspect ratio change

    I assume finding improved quality images of the bad ones would solve the problem, but is there any solution which can be done faster?

  • Ok so since a lot of your images are not larger enough to match the minimum dimensions the theme would crop theme at you need to turn the theme crop off. In your theme options > shop settings turn off the theme crop for your product images.

    That will force it to use your woocommerce settings. and there just make sure you have hard crop on and you set a size smaller then your smallest image.
