How to backup WordPress?

  • Dear Wp Users/Developers,

    I want to ask a small and simple question that “Is there any plugin available for backing up database/files of wordpress?”

    I have searched the forum and read 2-3 topics and came to know that there is no particular reliable solution yet than taking manual backup.

    I came across one plugin but it was supported till 1.5 only.And i am having 2.1.3 version of it.

    If there is any plugin which takes backup of higher version than 2.0 please let me know.
