pb to insert a personnal logo

    I installed the free version, next I insert my video to test it (more than 100 vidéos)

    After i purchase it. In my personnal account on the website, i click to generate key licence.
    Finally, i wrote key licence in the plugin’s case, and I upgrade the plugin.
    The message was “successful upgrading”.

    and that’s work, the logo “contus video gallery free” erase from the plugin.

    But now, i try to insert a personnal logo, but when i insert a file, but the the screen of a video are blank.
    Is it a specefic format (jpg or png ?) size ?
    In fact in the back office, on the right of the button to upload the file, i have “no file selected” and on the right side i have the name of the file that i select.

    i am on a multisite installation, (but video wordpress gallery is active only on one)
    wordpress is update
    My personnal pc is on ubuntu

    And for information, i prefer don’t install by the zip file cause i don’t want loose my configuration (100 videos)

  • Hi,

    Make sure there is a folder called ‘videogallery’ in the following path \wp-content\uploads\. If not, create a folder in the above mentioned path and upload the logo again and check. If you are still facing the same issue, share the link where you are exactly facing the issue. Also you can contact the support team at [email protected]
