Disqus doesn't initially load on Homepage

On my site (which is still very much a work in progress), I’ve installed Disquss to show on every ‘blogpost’. I have almost no issues with the Disqus plugin, except from the following:
When I enter in the URL and get to the homepage, the homepage is showing the standard WP comment section. However if you go back a single page, the Disqus comments show up. Once the Disqus comment section appears, it then also loads on the Homepage. (I have Disqus Conditional Load installed atm, but the issue is occuring whether I use the original Disqus plugin or the Conditional Load one)
I have tried deactivating/reactivating as well as reinstalling the plugins, but nothing seems to really make a difference. I’ve also checked that the same issue occurs on other computers.
So I guess the question is: How do I make it, so that users on the site won’t see the WP comment section when they go to y site?
