• I have WordFence on all my WP sites (approximately 18). Monday, June 1, the login page for one of my sites would not load. I submitted a ticket to Hostgator Support. I received a note today, June 3, to let me know that they determined the problem was the WordFence plugin and disabled it. They could not determine why the plugin was preventing the page from loading.

  • Can you check the Wordfence version and php version?

What is the version of php that you are running? We have a link at the bottom of your wordfence options page that gives it to you but obviously you won’t be able to get to that unless the plugin is active.

Did you have Falcon Caching enabled? How much memory does php have allocated to it?

I reactivated the plugin and so far, I haven’t had any problems.

There isn’t a link at the bottom of the my Options page.

I do not have the Falcon Cashing enabled.
I could not find a setting for php memory allocation, but the following is at the top of the Options page:

Wordfence Live Activity: Wordfence used 26.25MB of memory for scan. Server peak memory usage was: 88.49MB
