Want changes in Page of a theme

I have this theme running on my Blog:
https://themes.redradar.net/blog/2015/03/27/introducing-adirondack/When I set the featured images for my post, and open them, the image appears two times on the post page. I just want the featured image on the post page and don’t want to show the content ! What should I do ?
