First of all, I do love PMP, a very well designed plugin, but there are a few things which we sorely need which seem to be missing (I may be wrong there).

Multiple memberships
This is where A user can have the Standard membership for example and (using the Woocommerce compatibility plugin), purchase another, not to override the Standard, but to go WITH it, so the user would have more than 1 level.

Default Levels
This probably should have gone before the question above but never mind.
I need to be able to assign a default membership level to new users, anyone who signs up basically, this needs to stay with them even when they purchase a new one (as mentioned in the previous question).

Are these things possible, either as PMP is, or using some hacks? & could someone show me how to do this?

Completely agree. This is a big issue. I also need to allow users to purchase more than one membership to access different buckets of content – each membership goes with a different bucket. A user can have zero, one, or multiple. Have not found a solution yet using any out-of-the-box plugins.

Can anyone help?

I realize that there’s not much activity on this forum but please avoid reposting the same question as it just clutters things up.

I posted a reply on anther topic, and found this more recent one afterward. I think it’s ridiculous that PMPRO does not integrate with WP registration (i.e. connect regular registration to a PMPRO level) and yet CHARGES people to see a page with instructions on how to *do that themselves*?!?!!? That’s deep. Deep what? I’m not sure.

You don’t have to pay to view any of the links that I posted. You just have to register on their site. Choose “FREE DOWNLOAD” on the sign-up screen. Like it says, you get “Access to installation video, and plugin documentation.”
