• I have a blog located at wynnguthrie.wordpress.com, but would prefer to redirect it to wynnguthrie.com, hosted elsewhere. How can I redirect the wordpress.com site – or is that even possible?

My other host says that it will have to be done this end. I COULD simply post both places, but that would be a PITB for sure, especially with regards to comments. I’d rather not simply let the wp.com site lapse. Currently there’s a link to the new site on the wp.com site, but I’d very much rather have an automatic redirect. Any help?

please visit the wordpress.com support Forum: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/

    Thus is www.ads-software.com forum
FYI, both www.ads-software.com and wordpress.com are totally separate

FYI, I KNOW they’re different, thanks for your condescension. My other sites are hosted elsewhere on .org software.

But I was hoping that someone on the forum would be gracious and share the solution. I’m sure there’s a plugin (which, yes, comes from the .org site that sources the code) that will correct my situation.
