On disabling a plugin & the theme disappeared

  • Hi All Im a newbee to wordpress and have created a responsive site for my client, Im happy with it but wanted to remove unnessasary plug ins, on disabling Better WordPress Minify my site has gone to looking basic and seems to have forgotten to use the theme, Im abit lost can you help
