Adding more feilds and Filters

I like you plugin and want to know if you plan to add other fields. For my situation i work for a group with 3 entities and i want to create a staff list on the central intranet. I would want to add which entity a staff memeber belongs to. I would further like to filter by company or probably using an accordian format to display the list of persons for each specific entity
