Second Date Field

  • Does anyone have a suggestion for a solution to have a second date field? For example, I would like:
    Date A: the date a post is made, the standard date field
    Date B: the date the photo was taken, a custom date field

    I’d love to be able to display by Date B, just like how built in one can display by Date A as a post list, and ideally even as a calendar or archive list.

    Is this possible? Are there any existing plugins or solutions?

    I’ve looked at advanced custom fields, and it works to enter a new date, but the display is quite limited.
