Offset Shortcode

Hi

I need to insert a shortcode that I can to show the event of the next page.
I try to explain.
I have 3 columns, and each column, I want to see only one event.
In the first column you should see the nearest event, in the second column the second and third columns on the third.
In the first column I wrote this shortcode and it works: [em-events number_of_events=1 disable_pagination=1]
in the second and third column I would write this but it does not work: [em-events number_of_events=1 disable_pagination=1 offset=1]

how do I fix?
