Time programming don′t change

Hi. I install the plugin and I have some problem. My configuration is 11:20 to 11:40. The projected time screen shows the same hour at the start and end moments. Other thing is that it′s the same hour of my cumputer.

I′m in Brazil, may be the problem could be about the time (24hs and AM/PM)?
