cannot modify header information

Hello,

When trying to log in to the admin of my blog I am getting this error above the login box:

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/robertsp/public_html/dailymemories/wp-config.php:28) in /home/robertsp/public_html/dailymemories/wp-login.php on line 12

If I do enter my username and password, it won’t log in at all and I get these lines:

I’d really appreciate any help here. I am not much of a web person myself so need all the help i can get. ?? Thanks ??
