    Your site is down. And I purchased the plugin and an add-on yet when I use the add on it says to purchase the pro version. I have purchased the pro version.

    Also, I need in depth instruction on how to assign user level to packages or access levels to packages. You have 0 tutorials and this is ridiculous. It takes 5 minutes to do a YouTube video.

    Get it together.

    Wrong plugin, There is no pro plugin to WP-DownloadManager. You have confused this with WordPress DownloadManager which is totally diff.
